OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS:
-Drawings may include (just some suggestions): turkeys, good deeds or helping others, the Turkey Trot race itself or why its imporatant to you and your family, how your community celebratesThanksgiving, why Thanksgiving is important to you, favorite Thanksgiving memories...
Children may enter the contest at any time prior to October 5th and may submit as many entires as they wish.
ONLY submissions that meet the following requirements will be eligible for the contest:
-Line drawings ONLY (i.e. no shading, coloring in of design, etc.)
-Use ONLY black ballpoint pen, ink or marker
-All children must be ages 18 and under & must be accompanied by
a parent or guardian
-Judging will take place October 6th. The guardian(s) of winning artist will be contacted by telephone.
-The artist of the winning design selected for the t-shirt will receive a FREE Turkey Trot T-shirt displaying their artwork
-Drawings must be original works of art and not contain copyrighted material or characters
-Original artwork submitted for contest entry becomes the property of the Family of New Paltz Turkey Trot and cannot be returned
-All entries will be displayed for community viewing at The Mudd Puddle in the Waterstreet Market during the Thanksgiving holiday.
